What this app is
An integration between Microsoft Teams and an Era Voice server already contracted by the company that installs it. It does not provide telephony on its own: without a reachable Era Voice server, the app opens and does nothing.
Installation and responsibility
- Installing and configuring the app is done by the account administrator, who provides the server address and the Microsoft Teams access credential.
- Content created in the account by the app — call records, contacts and tickets — belongs to the company and follows Microsoft Teams rules.
- Recording calls and notifying the parties is the company's responsibility, in accordance with the laws applicable to its operation.
Availability
The app's availability depends on the company's server and on the Microsoft Teams platform. If either one is unavailable, the integration stops.
Support and changes
Fixes and improvements are published at the address where the app is hosted; the company does not need to reinstall it after each update. Changes that affect behavior are described in the release notes.
